At the November 27th, 2025 AGM the membership met and overwhelmingly voted in favor of a motion for the new directors to update the mission and vision of the society (which brings with it both a special resolution requirement for future follow-up to update the society’s registered purpose with the Societies Act of Alberta, and an update to the bylaws of the society.

The draft minutes are included here for the membership (and prospective members) to review.

The first meeting of the directors will take place on December 8th, so watch for future updates to this site and to all members.
